Research shows that in effective organizations, people work together with purpose and harmony. Take this brief organizational assessment to determine how connective your own organization is, selecting "Y" for Yes, "S" for Sometimes, and "N" for No. When you are done, click "Score" and you will receive your result along with some thoughts about its meaning.
